However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or replace an item. To facilitate this process, we have outlined our Return & Replacement Policy below.
Eligibility for Return & Replacement
You may return an item within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement if you meet the following criteria:
- Wrong Size or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is either the wrong size or exhibits defects not present in the item you originally ordered, we will gladly facilitate a replacement.
- Wrong Product Delivered: In the event that you receive a product that differs from the one you initially selected and purchased, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Divergent Product Quality: If the quality of the product delivered does not align with what was advertised on our website, you are eligible for a replacement.
Please note that minor issues such as gum stains or excess threads are not considered defects. These are characteristic of our high-quality budget refurbished products in large quantities and are, therefore, not grounds for a replacement.
Return & Replacement Conditions
For your item to be eligible for return or replacement, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Additionally, to initiate a return or replacement request, we require an unboxing video of the product. This is to ensure that the product’s condition matches what was stated on our website at the time of your purchase.
Refunds
If a replacement for the same product isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 6-8 days for the refund to be processed.
